At Luminour, we take pride in the quality of our abayas. Refunds are only provided for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Eligibility:
   •    Refunds are available only for abayas that are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
   •    To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear videos upon unboxing your parcel.

Non-Refundable Items:
   •    Abayas that are not defective (e.g., due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference).
   •    Sale items, custom-made, or personalized abayas.

Refund Process:
   1.    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or offer a replacement.
   2.    Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
   •    If the item is deemed defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
